Talking about new products and features

During my time at BoligPortal I joined multiple of our webinars to talk about new products or features we had launched. This often resulted in a 20-30 min presentation, followed by questions from the viewers. All of them are presented with the focus of the landlord/administrator viewers since they’re the main audience for these products.

Rent collection

A product I was the lead on getting from the research phase to live on production. A complex product that required us to think a lot ahead, and include a lot of user research. I spend some of the presentation talking about our overall product strategy.

Digital rental contract

In 2021 we launched our fully updated digital rental contract product, which went from being an independent system that wasn’t connected to our main platform. We spend a lot of attention merging these two products, and in the journey thinking a lot about how future products would fit into this new combined platform. In this webinar, I and my colleague talk about how the product helps landlords fill out the complex danish “A9 typeformular” and get it signed 100% digitally. 

Digital moving inspection

Just as for the digital rental contract, this product once lived on its own independent platform with no connection to the rest of the products. This was the final of the three products we moved to our shared platform and in the process of doing that we redesigned every step of the journey and decided to develop an app as well. 

This product helps danish landlords document the conditions of the rental before and after the tenant moves in, by making it extremely easy to take pictures and write documentation that gets combined into a PDF file with everything documented that both landlord and tenants sign. Thereafter the landlord has multiple tools for working with the data and sharing it with handy workers, administrative staff, etc.
